VT Advantage shows local picture in local and remote window

Hi All,

When using VT Advantage version 2, the local and remote window show the local picture. Any ideas on what may be causing this??

CM version 4.1, Model of IP phones and the version of firmware they are running on. 7960 7.2 (4.0) P00307020400 and 7961(TERM41.7-0-3.0S).

I can ping the phones from the PC's, CCM Region has video enabled, phones have video symbol showing on phone display.

CCME and srst is known to have the issue. Can you confirm that you do not have srst or phones registered to ccme?

No, there is no SRST or CCME, just CCM 4.1 with phones connected on the local site.

What is the resolution with the CCME and SRST issue?? I may be able to implement the same work around here...

Yes, to resolve the issue, just update the firmware on the phones to the latest version.

No problemo, try updating to ver 8.0.3, if no joy, update to the latest version.
