I want to change the IP for the JTAPI provider to add some redundancy. But when I try to enter the new ip the application ask me a username password. I am entering the windows user and password for my Subs and is returning a error message.

The DC service is running on both subscribers. CTI manager is running. The Ip is valid.
I am running 4.0.5 SR01 with High availability
The callmanager clusters are running 4.2.3 sr3.
The CRS have presently the publisher ip address and it is running fine.
Does somebody have a idea for me.
