I've looked all over the cisco site, and I can't find anything that will tell me for IPCCx (for versions 4-6)the max number of queues for each version (we are currently on 4.0 Premium). Anyone have this type of information handy?
If there is also a matrix of some type that lists total # of users, total # of skills that would be great.
Thanks in advance!
Robert :)

Robert,
Check out this document(covers 4.0):
http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps1846/c1609/cdccont_0900aecd80331ee7.pdf
The SRND documents found here cover the rest of the versions of IPCCX:
Take a look at Appendix A: Server Capacities and Limits.
Hope this helps, if so, please rate post.
Thanks,
-Adam
