Reporting

What packages are you all using for reporting to management for CCM?

We are currently using 4.x, and are looking for some type of application that will make it A LOT easier for management to be able to read the reports.

Some of the things I'm looking for:

1) Call comes into a hunt group, want to be able to see who answered those hunt group calls. Also want to see if a call was abandoned

2) Basic Call accounting. I know there are some reports, and also the CDR export.

Basically, I'm looking for an app that does the pretty pictures, and provides this information clearly and concisely for management.

If it can provide reports for the IT department also, that would be great. Good example, call is terminated for code 126. Would be great to have a prebuilt application that just tells you what 126 is. I'm not being lazy, just have too much on my plate to write my own application :(
