Jumbo Frame support

I have enabled all my 3750G switches with:

system mtu jumbo 9000

Should I leave the system routing mtu set to default (1500) ?

I am using all gigabit ports. No 10/100 ports.

I read that the 3750 only support like 1998 mtu for routing.

Someone please advise.

If you are using OSPF, I highly recommend leaving it to 1500. OSPF uses MTU for neighbor adjacency.
