shared line appearance

All, I seem to be having trouble configuring a shared line appearance for a couple of phones. It seems that I can assign one phone with an DN but cant seem to add another phone with the same DN. I know this has to be possible, but apparantly Im not sure how to do this. I thought it should be as easy as just adding the DN to both phones, but I cant seem to do that. Id be glad for any help.

I had voicemail set to "default". I unset it, and now it will allow the shared line to take place. Will that cause me problems? Because Im going to want to set a voicemail on this "shared line". Is that going to be possible?
