RME software image archive failed

hi

using SNMS 1.5.1, failed to fetch software image from all 3560 poe switches and saying that the switches don't support import image.

for 6509 e switch, i support importing image but failed in the middle of importing. the size if around 78MB. is the size the problem? thanks.

Can you provide the exact error message or job details?

thanks for the reply.

it is saying that import image from device is not supported for all 3560 poe switches.

but for 6509E switch, it shows the software inside the switch but it failed in the middle of operation when the job status shows running.
