Hi Friends,

I have one wireless lan controller in my network and 21 APs.

Also i have LDAP server in my network.

I manage all the user login database on LDAP itself.\

On WLSE I want to configure the LDAP parameters so that it will communicate with LDAP for wireless users authetication.

But the communication between WLSE and LDAP is not happening .

At the same time i getting ping response to LDAP from WLSE itself

Can anybody Help me out.

The basic problem is that the LDAP encryption methods (Crypt, SHA-1, SSHA) are all one-way hashes and LEAP internally uses a different one-way hash algorithm to encode the password. As the resulting hash value for the same password is different for each of the methods, and neither of these methods is reversible, there is no way an encrypted password can be used by the LEAP authenticator.
