IPCC. Reporting of transfered calls

I have a question about reporting.

I want to know how many calls are being handled in my contact center and how many calls are being transfered from the contact center to anyone inside my company. Do I have to query the crs database to get this report?

My doubt was in knowing if it's well defined the transfer of calls in the database. what I'd like to do is know what percentage of the total calls are being passed inside the callcenter, I'll be check the link you sent, thanks
