2801 with 3 ADSL Lines

Is there any problem with using a 2801 router with 3 ADSL/POTS interface cards and three lines?

I have this problem too.

Yes. Just make sure that you have three default routes, static, or learned via DHCP. Then you will also have three NAT statements.
