CRS 4.1 JTAPI Provider Setup Failing

when we start the JTAPI provider configuration we get this error and the configuration exit.

"enter a valid cisco unified call manager hostname ip address"

I have this problem too.

What version of CallManager are you trying to integrate to? CRS 4.1 only works with CallManager 4.3.

Can you ping the CM IP from the CRS server?

i got the problem solved, we are using MCS-7816I3 we used the second NIC instead of the first on the CRS server, everything was working fine, Installation, Ping, http, DNS resolving... one you try to setup CRS you get this error, when we changed the NIC everything worked fine. Weird!!
