I recently used the Product Upgrade Tool to order both Unity 5 and CCM 5.
Nethier sets came with a Product Authorization Key. Nothing in the paperwork, nothing on the CD sleeves, no follow up email.
Is this what Cisco is doing now? Not attaching PAK key's to the products. The last time I actually seen a PAK on a cd sleeve was CCM 3.3.
Anyway, I've contact licensing and they seem to be treating it like it's the strangest thing ever. Not to mention I think I could get better serivce from a brick wall..
Anyone else been through this yet?

You have to understand the process better.
You must use your SmartNet contract number and then use the Product Upgrade Tool. You will get an Entitlement Number and THEN you a PAK number will be mailed to you.

that's exactly what I did. How long does it take to recieve the PAK # by mail then?
I'm going on nearly two weeks..

Long time.. I would just email licensing@cisco.com and state the following:
Product upgrade:
Entitlement number
Sales Order
PO number
SmartNet contract
Old MAC address of Unity 4.x server
new MAC address of Unity 5.x server
If you can include the .LIC file also in the email to them.
Once you get the case open and have a number with them, push it with your local Cisco SE or AM. They will push the buttons and get it done.
Remember, TAC and Licensing are separate groups.
