Is there any way to change the order of directories displayed when pressing the directory button. I want to switch selection #4 and #5.
1. Missed Calls
2. Received Calls
3. Placed Calls
4. Intercom History
5. Corporate Directory

Sorry, with Appliance based CUCM you can not change it nor remove any of these.

I would assume then that since I'm running CCM 4.2(3)SR1 a not appliance version that it's possible?

you can locate the ASP/JSP pages and simply modify the order, keep in mind that this is not supported.

Intercom History will be removed in the next official release of the phone firmware for the 41/61.
If you need it removed immediately you can open a TAC Case to request an ES.
