some times the CallCenter Supervisor wants to move Agents from one CSQ to another...
Is there any way of Supervisor make this changes without IPCC Administrator?
Is there a IPCC version that allows that ?
Is it possible to create a script that do this changes ?
Example: application where Supervisor can dial the agent number and csq number: 03204 (agent 03 to(2) csq 04)...
So, when the agent login, he will be in the CSQ02.

This functionallity is available in IPCC Express 5.0, supervisors can login to the admin page and modify the RM subsystem without access to the rest of the configuration. This feature is not available in any previous versions and your only option is to give the supervisor full admin privilages.
