New Agents missing in Historical Reports

Hi All,

I recently found out that some of the most recent agents I created are not showing up in CRS Historical Reports. They have been active and logging in for up to a month, but there is absolutely no data for them in Historical Reports. If I login to the supervisor I can see their stats for each day, so there is at least some reporting being done for them. I have tried logging into both my primary CRS server and my primary Reports server, but the agents do not even show up in the list of agents when you select an Agent detail report. I have compared them to all of my other agents and there is no difference in their configuration. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks
