Disable setting access on all phones

I've got 5.1.x deployed with more then 7000 phones.

Now there's a requirement by customer that no user should be able to access network configuration page in settings.

I know that we can disable this by going to each phone and configuring "setting access" as disable. But this will take way to long and is cumbersome also to do it on all 7000 phones and that too one by one. Is there any global parameter which if configured as disable should automatically configure on all phones.

Or if BAT could help then plz suggest.

I would really appreciate if any one can help me with thisâ€¦..

Through BAT it is certainly possible to change the Settings Access on the product specific configuration. This can be achieved through the Phones update using either a query or custom file.

When creating your query or custom file make sure that they contain the same device type and not a mix, eg update 7941, and 7961 separately, otherwise you will not see the product specific configuration options.
