Bad Fetch Error

Unanswered Question

we are installing a CVP solution for a customer with many offices all around the country.

Every office has an audio prompt where you can hear the city where the office is located: "Welcome in Rome office of ..." or "Welcome in Milan office..."

So we have written CVP script, using and audio element that plays flash://prompt.wav .

We have made a first test on a CISCO 1760 as VoiceBrowser, uploading prompt.wav on the gateway, and all works.

We have made a second test where we have a CISCO 28XX as VoiceBrowser but the files is not played.

We receive a "Bad Fetch Error".

If we change the path of the audio element letting the 28XX voice browser download the file from CVP server it works.

I can't understand why the same script works for a 1760 and not on 28XX. Different interpretation of the path flash:// ??

Any help will be appreciated.

I have this problem too.

It was a simple problem: "Use Default

Audio Path" was checked.

Unchecking it all works.

Thank you
