Basic remote-office to head-office VPN config

We have two 2811's at different sites connected via ADSL lines, the HO has fixed IP's, the remote office dynamically assigned IPs. Local LAN at the HO is 10.0.0.x, at at the remote 10.0.1.x. Could someone help by posting a config that would maintain a bi-directional tunnel permanently between the two sites? I'm assuming that the remote site must persistently initiate this tunnel, as it's the one with the dynamic IP address. IPSEC over GRE seems just fine, it's just that none of the Cisco published configs seem to solve our issue. br/

You can configure ezvpn on the remote site and make sure that the remote site only initiates tunnel because its IP is dynamic. Also the local LAN's should be subnetted properly since they both are in 10.x.x.x network.
