How to extract phone details

Hi,

I am using getPhone AXL API to retrieve phone details from CCM 5.1. I couldn't find the following information :

MACAddress,Phone Status,Phone IP,Phone last error etc(phoneTable MIB fields).

Please let me know where/how to get these details using AXL.

You have to call selectCmDevice on RisPort AXL service. But remember, Cisco's WSDL is broken, and you have to manually edit it if you want to use NetBeans or Eclipse IDE to auto-generate all SOAP code for you.

Hi,

Can you please shed some light on how to do this with Eclipse. Please share some links/dcouments if you have any.

For CDR collection whether we need to use get_file and get_file_list or is there any other way to extract this.
