CUCM6BE - help pages don't display

CallManager Help pages give error:

The requested resource (/Help/en_GB/ccm/ctx/ccm_enterpriseparamsnew.html) is not available.

They work fine in Unity Connection. Any ideas?

Hi Rich,

I assume you are using Internet Explorer to manage CUCM-BE? You can fix this by going to Tools>Internet Options>Languages and in the language preferences setting English (United States) en-US as the default language.

I have the same issue even when I use firefox.

And the options language is set to uk. The way I got round it temporaraly is to relplace /en_GB/ with /en_US/ in the URL.
