cannot find the E1 interface

i can see the TE1 controller using "show inventory" for this module:PA-MC-8TE1+

but i cannot find the interface of E1 controller, it was working before, and i didn't change the configuration. someone know what is the problem?

Can you paste "show version" and " show run " of the router.
