AS5400XM work as ISDN PRI - ISDN PRI switch using IVR. But both side not hear ringback tone during a call. How can solve this issue?

When I made a call without IVR just use two-stage dialing ringback tone is heard. The same call application is run on AS53 and there is not posted problem.

Then is responsibility of the IVR script to propagate alerting status from one call leg to anther. Specifically on receiving ev_alert it should execute leg alert.

The same IVR script work in AS5300 and AS5350 and there are no problem with ringback tone in these gateways. Note that sometimes ringback tone appear after about one minute of a call in AS5400.

Perhaps the other devices are running a different IOS with a slightly different ISDN state machine and TCL/IVR interaction, or simply there is a bug in the IOS running on the 5400XM.
You should look at a comparative isdn trace to know.
