Call Forward all issue.

Had anyone experienced issue with Call Forward all to voicemail on Unity 5.0 and Call Managet 5.1.3

We have to do it manually to switch it after hours as it does not switch automatically as configured.

Please let me know.

It's CM issue as you may be hitting CSCsi66076.

Also, another thing to look out for in 5.1.3 when making a change to the 'show call forwarding' enterprise parameter you will lose the ability to see and make call forward changes in ccmuser. Once you make the enterprise param change you cannot undo your change and you permanently lose call forwarding capabilities with CCMUSER until you can upgrade to a fixed CCM version.

That mean I call do Call forward to VM till I bump up my CCM you next version.

Also, do you know how do I change the directory seeting on CCM. By default you can see around 24 MISSED, PLACED and RECEIVED calls.

How do I change that so that I can only see about 10 or so.
