I seem to forget how to configure a router so that it falls back to local aaa database after unsuccessful TACACS+ lookup. Does anyone remmember?

aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local
If the TACACS+ server is not available, then login authentication will fallback to local. However, if the user is denied by the T+ server, then authentication will fail.
