I have CCM 4.1.3, isdn gateways, and an Octel SMDI integration via a VG248.
If a caller dials DDI to an extn and the extn dos not answer the call is passed to the voicemail.
If the call is a local or national call the CLI is up 11 digits, in this instance the Called party number is passed to the voicemail and the caller can leave a message in the correct mailbox after hearing the greeting.
The problem is that, for some reason, if the CLI is longer than 11 digits, ie for an incomming international call, the Called party number is not passed to the voicemail system when the call is forwarded after the phone is not answered so the caller hears the generic greeting from the system asking them to enter their mailbox number.
What is it within CCM that would prevent the called party number passing to the voicemail because of the length of the CLI ?
From debugs on the VG248 the called party number is passed to the gateway but it does not get sent to the Voicemail.
