Error on Cisco Ip phone 7940?

Here is the error message "7ffdffcf user was unable to be validated #49". I created speeddials using Call Manager User page. On phone, I selected SERVICES tab and selected the fastdials but when i try i get the above displayed message. Kindly respond to it soon.

Do I need to reset the PIN in the Call Manager (User-> Enduser)or in the CCM user page?
