Error on Cisco Ip phone 7940?

Here is the error message "7ffdffcf user was unable to be validated #49". I created speeddials using Call Manager User page. On phone, I selected SERVICES tab and selected the fastdials but when i try i get the above displayed message. Kindly respond to it soon.

Hi Karthik,

Have you tried re-setting the Users PIN and Password and then get them to re-try? Here are two exact threads that deal with this issue :)

Do I need to reset the PIN in the Call Manager (User-> Enduser)or in the CCM user page?
