what is the latest version of PIX PDM ?

and from where i can download it ?

PDM version of PIX goes by version of code and if you are still running pix code 6.x this would be the latest codes.

Version:

PIX code 6.3(5) which is latest 6.x code for pix you will need PDM version 3.0.4

You may download pdm or PIX code here

You download the PDM files from Cisco's CCO. You have to match your PDM/ASDM to the code you are running on your firewall, just be sure to get the right one.

Even on a PIX, especially in small numbers, the newer ADSM has some pretty nifty features in them.
