Hi,

I have installed LMS 2.6 properly.Everything seems fine except, I am not getting the alerts & activities.Pls let me know what I have to do ASAP.

What error do you get trying to access Alerts & Activities?

I am not getting any error but not getting any alerts at all. Whereas I expect many alerts whenever there is any change in the switches I should get alerts.Is it required to change the SNMP port?

So how many devices for you have in your DCR and how many in DFM?

Are those devices in a known state in DFM?

I am getting all the devices in both DCR & DFM.Except alerts I am getting everything.

I guessed that the devices were not yet in DFM as the syncing between DFM the DCR is not automatic by default.

But if you see all the devices in DFM in a "known" state then I have no clue what could be wrong.

If all the devices are Known in DFM, then there should be nothing wrong with being able to generate events. What is one event you are expecting to see but do not?
