Hi Karthik,

If you are asking if the same Incoming number or Pilot Point can route to multiple Attendant Consoles, yes :)

Availability: Provision for multiple operators on same loop or pilot and monitoring same line; if operator station fails or is off line, calls are distributed to all other operators with same loops

Call distribution from a single pilot number to multiple directory numbers or user-line pairs

If you are asking if Multiple Attendant Consoles can share a Directory Number, no :(

The following restrictions apply to shared lines:

•Do not use shared lines for Cisco CallManager Attendant Console pilot points or hunt group members. The phone that acts as the attendant console supports shared lines.

Hope this helps and Happy Holidays!
