There are several expensive tools such as Cisco Operations Manager, NetIQ, etc, however for what you are looking for Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) Pluging downloadable from CallManager plugins should suffice. You can configure it to send SNMP alerts, etc.
Thanks for the info Chris. I am interested in other tools not RTMT. Which is the best tool that can support Cisco IPT and ICM also?
