Is it possible to make a remote desktop connection with a browser via clientless SSL VPN ? I know I can do it with anyconnect SSL client but can I do it without a client ?

Yes it is possible, first you will need to make sure you have the RDP plugin uploaded to the ASA. When you edit you bookmarks you will see an option for RDP.

i think is not ,clientless ssl vpn only support http and https and cifs.

Yes through SSL VPN you launch a java based client that you must load on the ASA then you get RDP through the SSL browser connection.
