I have an IPCCE verion 7.0 and it does not contain the auto dialer outbound option, we need to install it but I do not know if there will be a license need to be bought, and where to be inserted? The IPCCE already running now.
to be supported you will need to order an outbound option pack and you will get your PAK and CD set.
Please contact your local Cisco Sales Rep to get this fixed.
