IDU on RME 3.5

I was installed IDU 13 on RME 3.5 , but router 2800 series are not supported in performance monitor yet . But in IDU 11 (and later) router 2800 series should be added.

May somebody help me kindly ?

Which model of 2800 is this specifically? Do you have the sysObjectID of your model?

The model number 2811 with object ID :

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.576

RME 3.5 IDU 10.0 added support for the 2811. However, you mention Performance Monitor. I assume you mean IPM. If so, IPM doesn't really care about the type of device so long as it supports the CISCO-RTTMON-MIB.

Perhaps the code running on your 2811 does not support the RTTMON-MIB. You will need at least the IP VOICE feature set to get IP SLA support.
