We have just installed a UC-520 at a client site. When a call comes in or goes out the volume that the person on the ouotside hears is perfect. However, the user on the IP phone has a hard time hearing the outside person. Looking for some possible solutions.

Do you have analog (FXO) lines to PSTN?
If so, please follow document to adjust to optimal impedance:

After that,if still volume problem, adjust audio gain under voice-port.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Thank you for your help... we adjusted the input gain at the port level. Interesting read about the impedance though!
