Hi!
I have a problem. Phone-A transfer a call to Phone-B, Phone-B no answer. How can I configure CCM 6.0 to transfer call back to Phone-A if Phone-B no answer? In CCME this feature work - any noan call forward back to originator if nobody aswer on transfered phone.

We have Callback feature, which will notify when Phone B is active again.
You may be doing a Blind transfer. You need to do consult one as of now we dont have that feature in CCM :(
You can configure CFNA internal to a main extension not sure if that helps

CUCM doesn't have this feature.
Transfer reversal is only available using the CUxAC products.
