Hi,

Is it possible to have informative (meaningful) e-mail subject when getting syslog (automated) messages via e-mail?

Thanks,

ioan

The subject is configurable when you define the automated action. You can have whatever subject you'd like. Starting in RME 4.0.1, you can even add $M and $D to the subject line, and those variables will be replace with the contents of the syslog message and device name respectively.

Many thanks, I was precisely referring to the wild cards. I configured it and it works just fine.
