multiple ip on 1 asa5520 interface

Is it possible to have multiple ip on 1 interface?

We are migrating from concentrator3030 tot asa5520 and want to do it stepwise: tunnel by tunnel and at the end take over the ip from the 3030.

I tried to make a subinterface but then asa complains that the subnetmask is the same as another interface.

I have this problem too.

Hi Dominique

Only way is creating subinterfaces on a trunking enabled real interface which I assume you tried. ASA complains about the subnetmask issue because ASA can not have more than 1 interface in same network. You should assign different networks to each interface.
