Is it call forward all the issue? -I`ve had an issue to this before it was to do with the number plan type, I had to change it to unknown via a translation rule
I'm having a similar problem however it's almost the opposite. I can Call Forward All calls to external numbers not internal. Attempts made to forward to an internal extension a recorded voice says "Your call can not be completed as dialed"
