Hi Karthik,

If you want to user CIPC from your Laptop or from your Computer. First the MAC address of that either should be configured in Call manager.

To get the MAC address from your computer.  Start --> Run --> then type cmd it will open the below window

Then execute "getmac" which will retrive your MAC address of your local machine....

Note :- If it is laptop you may get 1. LAN MAC, 2. Wireless MAC, 3. VPN MAC as well
