Regarding "Add a Service URL option" in Call Manager 6.0

I have created a new phone button template in Call Manager and associated button 6 to Add a SURL option. But when I click on that I am not finding any services. I created a service but I cannot see it. Can anyone help me in this issue?

What is the exact version of CCM?

Only for this new Phone button template?

Works fine for default Phone Button templates?

All models?

Let me know the exact steps SO I can try to reproduce it in your version.

The exact version is

I created a new phone button template only for this phone. Also, I created a service so that I can access that but when I select the services tab I didn't find any. And, when I clicked on the Add a SURL option in call manager nothing came up. Kindly reply asap. Thanks.
