We have a problem of high abandon voip calls.

The system is using H323 protocol.

From one of the AS5350XM servers, we found high number of h245 failures compared to other AS5350XM.

A debug on h245 events showed:

Dec 27 18:18:29.575 AEST: Changing to new event: CONNECT

h323chan_chn_connect: connecting to 10.188.59.187:1720

Dec 27 18:18:29.575 AEST: h323chan_gw_conn: Created socket fd=-1

Dec 27 18:18:29.575 AEST: h323chan_gw_conn: socket failure: errno=5 errstr=I/O errorh323chan_chn_connect: h323chan_gw_conn failed, error 5

Dec 27 18:18:29.575 AEST: h323chan_chn_sm: Connect Failed

Dec 27 18:18:29.615 AEST: h323chan_chn_process_read_socket: fd=2 of type CONNECTED has data

All the reason codes you are getting are related to congestion. I would start checking if you get the dropped calls only during peak hours and your channels are really busy.
