Hi, I am just testing stuff on a cisco 837 DSL router and the Netflow tool. It seems Netflow has no idea regarding bandwidth utilisation on the dailer 1 and ethernet0 interface I'm monitoring. This is my output, can I tell Netflow my dialer 1(out) is 412kbp and the ethernet0 (in) is 4mb? I have I no chance :)

You don't need to enable the netflow on sub-interface, it gets enabled once you enable it on physical interface. How much percentage of the flows you think are missing? How are you comparing those numbers? Also what kind of netflow collector you are using?NetFlow Facilities Solutions to Troubleshooting and understanding network pain points wiith Diagnose slow network performance, bandwidth hogs and bandwidth utilization in real-time with command line interface or reporting tools.
