Unanswered Question

I passed my CCNP last year, before they upgraded the syllabus. Now i want to study a CCIP. Will the BSCI exam i've already passed count towards the requirement for the CCIP, or will i have to do all 4 exams now?

Thanks for your help.

You have to clear BGP, MPLS and QOS exam to get CCIP certification.

Thanks Devang,

What do you reckon is the best order to take the exams in?

I would presume that there is some crossover between BGP aand MPLS, would it be better to do one of these first?

I would recommend the following

1. BGP

3. QoS

Since you have already cleared BSCI, you would have a fair idea on BGP and will be easier to focus on topics like RR's and confederation

I totally agree with Narayan... first step should be BGP as to run MPLS you need to have to have proper understanding of BGP... QOS is more about reading as you have to understand the various theory...

all the best...
