Error 30026

I am facing problem while generating the CDR report.i am using Call manager 4.1(3).I am getting the message "30026:Data is available only from Dec 27,2007,to Dec 28,2007."Though i have enabled all the parameters related with CDR generation.

I have this problem too.

1 - Restart the CDR analysis and reporting scheduler service.


2 - Purge the ART database, so it rebuilds itself from scratch based on the current CDR

data. Follow the instructions for “cause 1” on the link below:



3 - Uninstall the CAR application (say “yes” when asked if you want to remove the ART

database), then reboot the server and install it again
