Activate both sound and email on LMS 3.0

Dear PRO,

We need to integrate a sound and email alert for whenever any specific line went down on LMS3.0.

Is it possible we can do in LMS 3.0.

You can do an email, but not a sound. The email can be setup via DFM or RME syslog automated action.
