Input and Abort errors on PA-POS-2OC3

It's on a point to point circuit, with 14 frame relay sub interfaces in bridge groups to carry VLAN traffic from one office to the other across town. One router is configured to act as the frame relay switch, and the one having the trouble it the other router. Circuit has been tested several times, and pronounced OK. PA-POS-2OC3 card has been replaced too. One thing we did note is if the sub interface carrying the majority of the traffic is disabled, the errors cease. We monitored it for half an hour with no errors, any ideas on this one?
