The power supply is directly connected to the 1310, it is not POE. I had it checked on Friday and it has been running for 10 days, but once you try to get into it remotely it will not let you in. After rebooting it you can get in remotely. The radio did not go down though, just no remote communications. All data passed through it with out issues though.
