Cisco VPN client issues when using Windows Vista

Customers using Cisco VPN client on Windows Vista operating system are unable to connect via secure tunnel. Are there certain/different settings that need to be tweeked to allow connection?

we will need more info. what errors are you getting? Is the vpn server configured to require firewall on the client?

The only error that customer receives is Unable to connect to remote host.

I checked the profile on the VPN concentrator and no firewall is required on the client.

Customer states they also have verified firewall is not set up on their Vista software.

hi,

what version of the vpn client are they running? I would also check the release notes for vpn client version for any vista issues.
