1130AG with a 3524-PWR Switch

I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to feed this accesspoint with the Cisco Pre-standard Inline Power from a 3524-PWR switch.

When I turn on the Accesspoint it shows that there is not enough inline power available to turn the radio's on. According to the specifications it needs 12.95 Watt of power to do so. Can the 3524-PWR switch provide this amount of power? And can I just force the AP to assume there is a power injector installed without blowing up my switch?

Does Anyone have some specifications of the Cisco pre-standard inline power?
